turnover time:
1 day - 6 months
be patient! i have depression and anxiety, sometimes it gets the best of me and i catch myself slacking. normally it won't take longer than 2 weeks but sometimes it is hard for me to get on track!
due dates! i don't have them, but on special occasions i'm willing to take commissions that have a due date. if i think i'm capable of completing commission in said time-span, i will take it.
i don't send usually wips unless you ask for them. i also won't make large edits to a finished piece. the only changes i am willing to make are small marking errors or missing accessories.
i don't do refunds ever unless i offer them. the only way i will offer refunds is if i feel as though i'm incapable of completing the commission.
